Leasing Executive — Retail

Manage retail leasing pipelines across Baghdad Boulevard and future Amwaj destinations.

Responsibilities

• Build prospect lists and manage enquiries from first contact through heads of terms.
• Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate legal and fit-out handovers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and market intelligence on target categories.

Requirements

• Three years of retail leasing, brokerage, or commercial property experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional working English.
