Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations in site delivery, community management, and project controls.
• Support live project assignments with guidance from an assigned technical mentor.
• Present rotation outcomes and a final improvement project to group leadership.

Requirements

• Engineering degree completed within the last three years.
• Demonstrated teamwork through placements, projects, or volunteering.
• Working proficiency in Arabic or English and willingness to travel to project sites.
