Community Manager

Run day-to-day community operations for an AEC-managed development in Erbil.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident relations, issue resolution, and community communications.
• Coordinate amenity programming, suppliers, and front-of-house service standards.
• Support service-charge planning and monitor operational performance.

Requirements

• Five years of community, property, hospitality, or facilities management experience.
• Proven team leadership and supplier-management capability.
• Fluency in Kurdish or Arabic with professional English.
