Facilities Coordinator

Coordinate preventive maintenance and resident work orders across an AEC-managed community.

Responsibilities

• Log, prioritise, and dispatch work orders to the appropriate technical teams.
• Keep residents informed and verify completed work against service standards.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, contractor records, and weekly performance reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in facilities management or a related field.
• Two years of coordination or customer-service experience.
• Confident Arabic communication and working English.
