Almco is Amwaj's EPC and construction arm. Operating continuously since 2004, it has delivered construction projects across Iraq for international oil companies, oilfield-services groups, EPC and engineering contractors, and government and multilateral institutions.

The company operates two integrated divisions — Almco Construction (EPC, civil, infrastructure, accommodation, industrial) and Almco Life Support. Almco owns its equipment fleet, machinery, warehousing, and sourcing infrastructure — a rare vertical integration in the Iraqi market.
