This policy explains what personal data Amwaj International collects through amwaj.com, why it is collected, where it is stored, how long it is retained, and the rights you hold over it. It applies to the public website; the investor and resident portals carry their own privacy notices.

What We Collect

Contact form submissions (name, organisation, email, phone, message, and enquiry category), newsletter subscriptions (email and segment preference), and — with your consent — analytics events describing how the site is used. Server logs record hashed IP addresses for security and abuse prevention; raw IP addresses are not stored with form submissions.

Why We Collect It

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver the updates you subscribed to, to operate and secure the site, and — only with consent — to understand aggregate usage so the site can improve. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making with legal effect.

Storage & Retention

Data is stored with vetted infrastructure providers under contractual safeguards. Contact submissions are retained for 24 months from resolution; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; consent records for the period required for regulatory defensibility. Marketing analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Subject to Iraqi data-protection law — with GDPR equivalences for EU visitors and CCPA equivalences for California visitors — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer.
