Whistleblowing Policy

Anyone — employee, supplier, resident, tenant, investor, or member of the public — can report suspected misconduct at Amwaj International: fraud, corruption, safety concealment, labour abuse, retaliation, or breach of law or group policy.

How to Report

Reports can be made through the contact page marked "Whistleblowing", or through the external ombudsperson channel operated independently of group management. Reports may be made anonymously; the external channel supports two-way anonymous follow-up.

Protection

Amwaj commits to non-retaliation: no dismissal, demotion, or disadvantage for a report made in good faith. Reporter identity is restricted to the investigation team, and every report and its resolution is recorded in an auditable trail reviewed by the audit and risk committee.
