Graduate Program

Program Structure

A two-year rotational intake across the group's three pillars: a delivery rotation with Almco Construction, an operations rotation with AEC Management, and a corporate rotation in development, finance, or commercial. Cohorts are based in Baghdad with site placements across active programmes.

Eligibility

A completed degree in engineering, architecture, finance, business, or a related discipline within the last three years. Working proficiency in Arabic or English is required; bilingual candidates are prioritised for resident-facing rotations.

Timeline

Applications open annually through the jobs listing. Assessment runs in stages — application review, technical exercise, panel interview — with offers ahead of the autumn intake. Apply through the graduate track on the ATS.
