IT Systems Administrator

Administer group identity, endpoint, and network estates across Baghdad headquarters and project-site offices.

Responsibilities

• Operate identity, device-management, backup, and network services.
• Resolve escalated support incidents and document repeatable fixes.
• Maintain asset records, access reviews, patch compliance, and recovery tests.

Requirements

• Three years of systems administration in a Microsoft-based environment.
• Working knowledge of networking, endpoint security, and cloud identity.
• Clear English documentation skills and a service-oriented approach.
