Safety is the group's first social obligation. Almco's construction and life-support operations run a zero-harm programme with lost-time injury frequency, near-miss reporting, and safety training hours disclosed group-wide. The target is unambiguous: zero fatalities, every year.

Amwaj publishes workforce composition, invests in training and career mobility across its operating companies, and maintains a human-rights posture covering forced-labour prevention, supplier conduct audits, and grievance mechanisms.
