Amwaj residents sign in once and are routed to their own development's resident portal — payments, documents, maintenance requests, community announcements, and household management, run by AEC Management.

If your account is linked to one development, you go straight to its portal. If it is linked to more than one, you choose a residence first. If no residence is on record, we tell you plainly and put you in touch with support.
